2. Look around. Find the focus point.

Choose a place that is slightly blurred or has clear boundaries. A dot on the fabric, a light switch, a shiny doorknob or a single flower will be great.

3. Focus on this spot…breathe in…hold…slowly breathe out.

Breathe with the prefix. Keep your shoulders moving. Do not strain your eyes.
